This is an earlier scene in my story. Here everyone is in Avonias and it's day three that they've been staying there. This is the place where they'll eventually meet Shela The Kangaroo.
In this scene Yuyee is outside the rented house sitting near the back in the rain. She's been doing some thinking about all that has happened so far until Shadow knocked on a tree. Shadow noticed her sitting by herself and was going to tell her that she should go inside. When he knocked on the tree it gave Yuyee a fright as she's paranoid of any sudden sounds at night or when she's alone. She also shuffles further up the bench.
